Interaction and Bioavailability

Absorbed 18 times more efficiently than regular collagen. Consuming with tea or coffee may reduce absorption.

Method of Administration and Dosage

Dissolve 1 tablet once a day in the evening, no earlier than one hour after the last meal. Two tablets per day are permissible in cases of high sensitivity or significant skin dryness.

The recommended course is 2-3 months, 2-4 times a year. Suitable for continuous use.
